invites update

Yikes, I haven't been posting anything lately. 

My friend's wedding invites have arrived, and now, I've been cutting nonstop. I already have sixty cut invites---a hundred and forty to go! Hahah! I'm excited to post photos, but I still need to cut and fold each one. I'll wait until they are all done. Maybe next week.

zigzag!

I was browsing an online issue of LonNy magazine, and saw this cute ad. I was immediately drawn to the zigzag-patterned cloth. And then I noticed the Eiffel Tower in the background. And that nice little bokeh near the base arch. Love!

missing IKEA

I'm such a sucker for IKEA. I love most of their products---furnitures, fixtures, and even their food. I especially love their chokoladflarn. So, I tried googling photos of the said cookie, but I couldn't find a lot. Instead, though, I found these:

What an ingenious way to present ingredients! I immediately fell in love with the styling. I'm used to seeing photos of ingredients "naturally" laid out on a counter top, so this kind of presentation is very refreshing to see. These photos are from IKEA's recipe book, which is in Swedish. Unfortunately for me, I don't speak any Swedish. So the photos will do for now.  Good job, IKEA! :)

Now, if only you'd open a store here in Manila...

I was browsing the web, and I came across Randi Brookman Harris' website. She is a very, very creative prop stylist and has worked with some US brands that I love (J. Hello November

So far, you've only been raining and giving dark blue afternoon skies. That's why, I'm putting together this for you. They're mostly of bedrooms, since I've been wanting to stay in bed and just watch TV. That will happen next week, after this week's gig. Hah.

That throw pillow would look good against my all-white room. I love that it's got a floral design and still looks modern. Hee. The first bedroom isn't as blue, but I found the mix of pink and blue interesting, so I'm adding that here. I'm loving the bedroom with the purple pillow very much. It reminds me of Tinkerbell. Haha. And speaking of sweet dreams, just look at that tiny baby in the third room! He's probably dreaming of life at sea...

Oh, dark blue... gorgeous, gorgeous color I could only dream of for my own walls...

Anyway, November, I hope you give me a rainbow soon. :)
